Please read carefully before purchasing any digital file, flash file, dump file, tool activation, or service from GSMFileBD.
1. Digital Product Policy
GSMFileBD sells digital files, flash files, dump files, tools, and activation services. Once a digital product is delivered, downloaded, or activation is processed, it cannot be returned like a physical product.
2. No Refund After Successful Delivery
No refund will be provided after successful file delivery, download access, or completed tool activation service.
3. Customer Responsibility
Before purchase, customers must check model number, CPU/chipset, file version, build number, and product details carefully.
4. Refund May Be Considered
A refund or replacement may be considered only if the download link is broken, duplicate payment is made, or GSMFileBD delivers a wrong file by mistake.
5. Wrong Information
No refund will be provided for wrong email, wrong user ID, wrong model, wrong CPU, wrong file selection, or incorrect customer-provided information.
